Shipping Policy
(Alle’s ClinX)
1. Introduction
This Shipping Policy outlines the framework governing the dispatch, transportation, and delivery of products supplied by Alle’s ClinX (“we”, “our”, “us”). As an institutional hygiene systems provider, Alle’s ClinX services organisations with varying operational scales, order volumes, and delivery requirements. Accordingly, shipping arrangements are designed to be flexible, scalable, and aligned with institutional procurement practices rather than standard retail fulfilment models.
This policy is intended to provide clarity regarding shipping methods, timelines, responsibilities, and limitations associated with the movement of goods from Alle’s ClinX facilities to customer-designated locations.
2. Scope & Applicability
This Shipping Policy applies to:
• All confirmed orders placed with Alle’s ClinX
• Orders fulfilled directly or through authorised third-party logistics providers
• Institutional, commercial, and professional customers
This policy governs shipping arrangements unless otherwise agreed in writing under a separate contract, service-level agreement, or purchase order. In the event of any inconsistency between this policy and a written agreement, the terms of the written agreement shall prevail.
3. Definitions
For the purposes of this Shipping Policy:
• “Order” refers to a confirmed purchase order, invoice, or authorised procurement request accepted by Alle’s ClinX.
• “Customer” refers to the institutional or commercial entity placing the order.
• “Third-Party Logistics Provider” refers to external courier, freight, or transport service providers engaged for delivery.
• “Dispatch” refers to the handover of goods to a logistics provider or transport arrangement.
4. Shipping Methods
Alle’s ClinX utilises a combination of internal dispatch coordination and authorised third-party logistics providers to fulfil orders. Shipping methods may include, but are not limited to:
• Road freight
• Courier services
• Bulk transport arrangements
• Contracted logistics partners
The choice of shipping method depends on factors such as order volume, delivery location, urgency, and customer-specific requirements.
Alle’s ClinX reserves the right to select or modify shipping methods to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with applicable regulations.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are not fixed and may vary based on several factors, including:
• Order quantity and weight
• Frequency of orders placed by the customer
• Distance and delivery location
• Mode of transport utilised
• Contractual or negotiated terms
For institutional customers placing regular or high-volume orders, shipping charges may be applied on a nominal basis or incorporated into commercial arrangements, subject to mutual agreement.
Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation or invoicing.
6. Dispatch Timelines
Dispatch timelines are indicative and depend on:
• Order confirmation and payment terms
• Product availability
• Packaging and compliance requirements
• Logistics provider schedules
Estimated dispatch timelines provided by Alle’s ClinX do not constitute a guarantee. Delays may occur due to operational constraints, third-party logistics dependencies, or external factors beyond reasonable control.
Alle’s ClinX endeavours to coordinate dispatch in a timely manner consistent with institutional service expectations.
7. Delivery & Risk Transfer
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk associated with the shipment transfers to the customer upon dispatch of goods from Alle’s ClinX facilities or upon handover to a third-party logistics provider.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery locations are accessible, authorised personnel are available to receive goods, and appropriate facilities exist for unloading and storage.
Any special delivery instructions must be communicated in writing at the time of order placement.
8. Third-Party Logistics
Where third-party logistics providers are used, Alle’s ClinX acts solely as a coordinator for dispatch. Delivery timelines, handling practices, and transit conditions are subject to the policies and operational capabilities of the respective logistics provider.
Alle’s ClinX shall not be responsible for delays, damages, or losses attributable to third-party logistics providers, except to the extent required under applicable law.
Customers may request specific logistics providers, subject to feasibility and mutual agreement.
9. Inspection & Acceptance
Customers are advised to inspect shipments at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies should be noted on the delivery documentation and reported promptly.
Failure to report issues within a reasonable timeframe may be deemed acceptance of the shipment as delivered.
Alle’s ClinX reserves the right to assess claims based on documentation, logistics records, and inspection findings.
10. Limitations & Exceptions
Alle’s ClinX shall not be liable for shipping delays or failures arising from:
• Force majeure events
• Natural disasters
• Transport disruptions
• Regulatory or administrative actions
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
Shipping arrangements are subject to applicable transport regulations and safety requirements.
11. Amendments
Alle’s ClinX reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes in logistics practices, operational requirements, or legal obligations.
Revised versions of this policy will be published on the official platform. Continued engagement with Alle’s ClinX constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
