Cancellation Policy (Alle’s ClinX)

1. Introduction
This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders placed with Alle’s ClinX (“we”, “our”, “us”) may be cancelled. As an institutional hygiene systems provider, Alle’s ClinX operates within a production and logistics framework that involves precision formulation, controlled processing, and coordinated dispatch. Accordingly, cancellation provisions are designed to balance operational feasibility with fairness to institutional customers.
This policy aims to provide transparency regarding timelines, responsibilities, and limitations associated with order cancellations.

2. Scope & Applicability
This Cancellation Policy applies to:
• All orders placed with Alle’s ClinX through purchase orders, invoices, email confirmations, or the Store
• Institutional, commercial, and professional customers
• Products supplied directly or through authorised logistics arrangements
This policy governs cancellations unless otherwise agreed in writing under a separate contract, service-level agreement, or negotiated commercial arrangement. Where a written agreement exists, its terms shall prevail in case of inconsistency.

3. Definitions
For the purposes of this Cancellation Policy:
“Order” refers to a confirmed purchase order, invoice, or authorised procurement request accepted by Alle’s ClinX.
“Cancellation” refers to a formal request by the customer to withdraw an order prior to fulfilment.
“Processing” refers to activities including formulation planning, batching, quality checks, packaging, and dispatch coordination.
“Business Hours” refers to official working hours of Alle’s ClinX operations.

4. Policy Statement
Alle’s ClinX permits cancellation of confirmed orders within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of order confirmation, provided that processing has not progressed beyond an operationally reversible stage.
This 24-hour window exists in recognition of the fact that Alle’s ClinX products involve chemical formulation and precision-controlled processing. While these products are designed for safe institutional use when handled as directed, their preparation and dispatch involve coordinated workflows that cannot always be reversed without operational loss.
Cancellation requests received after the 24-hour period may not be accepted, particularly where processing, packaging, or dispatch preparation has commenced.

5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers seeking to cancel an order must:
• Submit a cancellation request in writing within 24 hours of order confirmation
• Clearly reference the order number, date, and relevant details
• Ensure that the request is communicated through official channels
Customers are encouraged to review order specifications carefully prior to confirmation, including quantities, delivery schedules, and product requirements.
Alle’s ClinX values cooperation and understanding in institutional engagements and requests customers to initiate cancellations promptly where required.

6. Processing & Operational Considerations
Alle’s ClinX products are often prepared in response to institutional demand, taking into account volume requirements, frequency of supply, and compliance standards. Once processing begins, cancellation may result in material wastage, quality compromise, or disruption of coordinated supply chains.
Accordingly, cancellation requests are evaluated based on the processing status of the order at the time the request is received. Orders that have progressed to formulation, packaging, or dispatch coordination stages may not be eligible for cancellation.
This policy reflects the technical and operational realities of handling precision-formulated chemical products.

7. Exceptions & Discretion
Alle’s ClinX reserves the right to exercise discretion in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Administrative errors attributable to Alle’s ClinX
• Duplicate or erroneous order confirmations
• Force majeure or regulatory interventions
Such discretion, where exercised, shall not constitute a waiver of this policy for future cases.

8. Effect of Cancellation
Where a cancellation request is accepted:
• The order shall be formally withdrawn
• Any further processing or dispatch activities shall be halted
• Financial adjustments, if applicable, shall be addressed in accordance with the Refund Policy or contractual terms
Where a cancellation request is declined due to processing status or policy limitations, the order shall proceed as confirmed.

9. Limitations & Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders may not be eligible for cancellation:
• Orders cancelled after the 24-hour window
• Orders that have entered advanced processing or dispatch stages
• Customised or specially formulated orders
• Orders governed by specific contractual terms
Alle’s ClinX shall not be liable for losses arising from cancellation requests submitted outside the permitted timeframe.

10. Amendments
Alle’s ClinX reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy to reflect changes in operational practices, regulatory requirements, or institutional engagement models.
Updated versions of this policy will be published on the official platform. Continued engagement with Alle’s ClinX constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
