1. Introduction
This Refund Policy outlines the principles and conditions under which refunds, credits, or alternative adjustments may be considered for products supplied by Alle’s ClinX (“we”, “our”, “us”). As an institutional hygiene systems provider, Alle’s ClinX operates within a framework that prioritises product integrity, operational efficiency, and responsible procurement practices. This policy is designed to provide clarity while recognising the practical realities associated with the manufacture, handling, shipping, and recovery of precision-formulated chemical products.
2. Scope & Applicability
This Refund Policy applies to:
• All orders placed with Alle’s ClinX through purchase orders, invoices, email confirmations, or the Store
• Institutional, commercial, and professional customers
• Products supplied directly or through authorised logistics arrangements
This policy governs refunds unless otherwise agreed in writing under a separate contract, service-level agreement, or negotiated commercial arrangement. In the event of any inconsistency, the terms of the written agreement shall prevail.
3. Definitions
For the purposes of this Refund Policy:
“Refund” refers to reversal of payment to the original mode of transaction, in whole or in part.
“Credit” refers to a non-cash adjustment issued for future purchases, including gift cards or account credits.
“Eligible Product” refers to products that meet the criteria for refund or credit consideration.
“Processing & Handling” refers to formulation, packaging, quality control, dispatch, shipping, and recovery activities.
4. Policy Statement
Alle’s ClinX does not operate under a blanket 100% refund policy. Due to the nature of institutional chemical products, particularly small-volume packs such as 5 kg containers or similar units offered at rationalised pricing, full monetary refunds are not always operationally viable. Shipping, handling, reverse logistics, inspection, and reprocessing impose costs that cannot be recovered without compromising system efficiency. Accordingly, Alle’s ClinX evaluates refund requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into account product condition, reason for request, order size, and usage history.
5. Eligible Scenarios for Consideration
Refunds or credits may be considered in the following circumstances:
• Proven manufacturing defect verified through inspection
• Incorrect product supplied due to Alle’s ClinX error
• Transit damage documented at the time of delivery
• Regulatory or compliance-related recall initiated by Alle’s ClinX
In such cases, Alle’s ClinX may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund, replacement, or credit.
6. Non-Eligible Scenarios
The following situations are generally not eligible for monetary refunds:
• Change of requirement or ordering error by the customer
• Products returned after use, partial use, or improper handling
• Orders involving small-volume packs where recovery costs exceed product value
• Orders returned without prior authorisation
• Repeated returns not linked to product quality issues
This limitation exists to ensure operational fairness and continuity.
7. Credit in Lieu of Refund
In situations where a monetary refund is not operationally justified, Alle’s ClinX may offer a credit or gift card for use against future purchases. Such credits are issued at the discretion of Alle’s ClinX, may be subject to validity periods, are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, and can be applied toward subsequent institutional orders. This approach allows customers to retain value while reducing unnecessary logistical and environmental impact.
8. Return & Inspection Process
Where returns are authorised, products must be returned in original condition and packaging, subject to inspection upon receipt. Alle’s ClinX reserves the right to assess returned goods for product integrity, contamination or tampering, and compliance with handling instructions. Findings from inspection shall determine the nature and extent of any refund or credit.
9. Responsible Procurement & Misuse Prevention
Alle’s ClinX operates on the principle of responsible institutional procurement. Repeated or frequent refund and return requests, particularly where not linked to genuine product issues, may indicate misuse of procurement channels. In such cases, Alle’s ClinX may restrict refund eligibility, limit ordering options, or require advance payment or additional verification. These measures are intended to protect system integrity and are applied objectively, without prejudice.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for reviewing order specifications prior to confirmation, inspecting deliveries at the time of receipt, reporting issues promptly with supporting documentation, and using products strictly as per provided instructions. Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may affect refund or credit eligibility.
11. Amendments
Alle’s ClinX reserves the right to revise or update this Refund Policy to reflect operational changes, regulatory requirements, or evolving institutional practices. Updated versions will be published on the official platform. Continued engagement with Alle’s ClinX constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
